Mar 2016: Parked in the lot, on the pavement. Signs in the dirt off of the parking lot said no overnight parking, and only cited a city ordnance 10.40.160, with no verbage about what that ordnance said. There were were no signs in the lot. Since the signs were off of the lot in the dirt, I assumed it meant off of the pavement where the signs were. Got a ticket and intend to fight it due to improper posting.
