Gilroy does not want tourism or outside visitors. Oct 2018: Told no overnight parking. Oct 2018: The Police comes by frequently if they are bored enough They will mess with you and probably harrass you. Gilroy Police are not the friendliest officers. Mar 2016: We were parked there and asleep at 9:30 when Walmart man came knocking and told us to leave. As we were leaving the Sheriff showed up. Not friendly at all.
