Feb 2020: RV. We stopped for the night and about half an hour later (8PM) someone from security came by and knocked on our door. Very friendly man told us that they recently changed permissions for the lot and they no longer allow people to stay overnight. Dec 2019: RV. The rules have changed and parking is no longer allowed. We were told by the friendly security guard that parking is allowed at the Panama Bakersfield Walmart.
