Fuel: G Nov 2018: Theres a lot of foot traffic from apartments nearby and the locals tend to think the parking lot is a racetrack, so be aware. Relatively quiet and peaceful between midnight and 6 AM though. Be advised its been recently posted No Overnight Parking with reference to California Vehicle Code. I checked and there is a Lancaster city code Chapter 9.34 that spells out the details. Security patrols from 6 AM to 1 AM but, it depends on the individual on whether they enforce it or not.
