For Sweetwater Lake Campground: Overnight stop in a truck camper. Very nice location on a small lake. Quiet and laid back. First come, first served operation. Place $40.00 in red box and settle in. Truck campers may need leveling blocks under front axle. Will stop here again.

For Sweetwater Lake Campground: The property is very nice and it’s convenient to the interstate without any of the noise. The issue we and all the other day users was being able to level the rig. All the daily spaces have a slope so unless you have a 5th and have buckets, a Class C or A wine level. We had to deal with spending the night slightly nose low

For Sweetwater Lake Campground: No pull through sites for large motorhome towing vehicle. You could pull around behind sites and come back through if no one else is there. Electrical was not done well. Site were a good size and the lake was nice. This was ok for an overnight but we not stop again.

For Sweetwater Lake Campground: Found this on the Allstays app. This is a hidden gem! Lots of room for big rigs and plenty of room between spots. A beautiful lake is right across the road from the camping spots. Super easy to get to right off HWY 26. Very friendly, family owned hosts.

For Sweetwater Lake Campground: We stayed 3 nites in our motor home while waiting for some repairs Very nice owners who accommodate our stay. It was cold and rainy so we didn’t get to fully use the lake area. We will definitely come back and wold recommend it

For Sweetwater Lake Campground: Easy and quick to get to from Highway. Had no problem parking 38’ motor home. Very friendly owners! Drop box payment, no credit cards. Nice property; pretty lake with eclectic seating near lake, farm field with barn and donkeys, greetings from sweet puppies. Very quaint and comfortable!
