For Fort Amarillo RV Resort: Have stayed here 3-4 times for overnight.
There are a lot of full timers but I believe they keep a row of nice big pull through open at the front for overnight travelers
Lots are nice big and long enough to keep tow hooked up.
Will continue to stay here when traveling through

Julie
For Fort Amarillo RV Resort: We stayed here two nights on the way from Wisconsin to Arizona. It was easy to find and easy check in. We were close to the restrooms/showers/pool. All looked well maintained. Cameras were up to deter vandalism, so that was good. The only reason for 4 stars vs 5 stars is the standing water. This made it a bit difficult to take a walk on the gravel. We had puddles in our site so had to be careful getting out of our rig. I would stay here again.

Anne
For Fort Amarillo RV Resort: Super friendly staff, great location near plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby on the western edge of the city. Nice long pull-through sites with full hookups. Cute “park†in center of site with a pond, waterfall, and benches. Great gift shop for cute, homey souvenirs. The ladies’ facilities were good, but could use some sprucing up; the shower floors needed resurfacing and doors or curtains that would prevent the floors from being flooded. (Maybe just a reminder to the guests to wipe up after themselves would suffice. But that’s the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.) We stayed for a couple of days to explore Palo Duro Canyon on our way to/from the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta, and would happily stay here again, and would recommend it.

Jean
For Fort Amarillo RV Resort: This RV park was just off the interstate, and quite near plenty of stores and restaurants-We don’t tow so Uber was very easy to get. We always need a dog park, which they had, good facilities. Easy check in and check out, narrow sites, but we were only there from one night on our way to New Mexico. It’s just off I 40 so cellService was excellent, there was also Wi-Fi, and it was fine.
