For Parris Island RV Park: Parris Island is comfortable, safe and quiet except when they’re shooting at rifle ranges. We are in site 19 which is big enough for our 24’ trailer. The park water heater was ruined by water damage. No hot water in restrooms or $1.50 wash machines. $40. night is high. Noseeums and misquotes are bad. The beach is half mile from R.V. park. Great views, NOT ideal for swimming. Lots of shells and rocks. Camp host is a mystery. Never saw one. Nothing happening here but good base for excursions. Stayed 10 days and would come back.

For Parris Island RV Park: We stayed here for two weeks and could have stayed longer. Although I would not want to be here in the summer. The only sites that have any kind of shade are 1-19. However, sites 1-18 seem to be FT residents.
All sites are back-in and gravel except site 24, it’s asphalt, pull-thru and approximately 100 feet long! This was our site and the best one in the park!
DIRECTIONS:
Once you are on Mihel drive, If you’re site # 1-18, take your first left after the Parris Island RV Park sign. If it is 19 or higher, take THE FIRST RIGHT after the RV Park dumpster sign.
We saw so many rv’s take the second right and it is not an easy fix to get turned around. Unless site 24 is empty.

For Parris Island RV Park: Nice small park, a dozen or so spots, a mile from intercostal. Bathouse, WiFi non existent. Noseeums r a nuisance, but able to take multiple walks out on jetty’s n under wonderful live oaks. Looks like half of spots are taken with stationary residents. Cant beat it though, good place to do excursions from.

For Parris Island RV Park: We stayed 4 nights. This is a great place! You’ll need to call early and get reservations. The rest rooms were clean. The showers were great! The washer dryer were $1.50. They say that the longest stay is 30 days but it looked like a couple of RVs were homesteaded! You’re in the boonies - a couple of miles from main side so a vehicle is a must. The office is not on site. You need to make (and pay for) reservations on the phone. Then they’ll give you the codes for the rest rooms and the laundry. We never saw the park management, only talked on phone. They were full the first night so we parked the RV across the street in “the old decommissioned trailer park†and boon docked for the first night. Next morning, drove across the street and set up with FHU. When asked for the Wi-Fi password they told me that it doesn’t work and they’re trying to fix it. Depending on when you stay, you might wake up (or fall asleep) to rifle range shooting or recruits chanting. All in all, we had a great stay and I would love to stay again.

For Parris Island RV Park: Small RV park that is ok. Bath house could use some work but I've seen much worse. Historic Beaufort is close by and nice to visit. Plenty of shopping nearby. If weather is warm bring bug spray.

For Parris Island RV Park: The spots are nice and wide, but that’s the only thing good about it. It says free WiFi, but there is no WiFi. The mosquitos will eat you alive as soon as you step outside. If you try to contact the people who run the park (if you can get a cell phone signal), good luck with that. I usually got their mailbox when calling.

For Parris Island RV Park: The worst military campground that we have ever rented. No after hours contact. Electricity went off and we were on our own. The insects were very hungry. While there are only 18 campsites four were empty. While the price was very affordable its only a campground if you have to have some place to stay. Spot was very level and wide. Surface was camper friendly. But the bad outweighs the good. Called MWR for a refund of remaining days and got the "we can't do anything about that. Again I say, only in an emergency would we stay there. Sorry MCRD Parris Island RV Park
