For Rocky Point - Santa Rosa Lake State Park: Interesting park.Large sites. Hiking trails lightly maintained, much prickly pear and choia. It’s beyond difficult to figure out the reserve system. Many “reserved” sites were vacant multiple nights. One night there were hand written “site closed” signs on every site that was not occupied or had a reservation tag on it. Very confusing. Okay place for a one or two night stopover if you can figure out the reservation system. We just took a chance and found a spot for 2 nights.

For Rocky Point - Santa Rosa Lake State Park: Nice quiet park Well maintained . Internet service generally good, but disappeared at times. Stayed four days for a restful break on a long trip. Eat at Silver Moon cafe!

For Rocky Point - Santa Rosa Lake State Park: Nice sites, some reservable, some with water and electric, up high, not in shoreline. Only problem was the hiking trail was not well marked and we got off trail. Fortunately we were able to find our way back to the trail. We would definitely stay here again. Cell service was sketchy but paid Wi fi was available.

For Rocky Point - Santa Rosa Lake State Park: Very nice campground, well-maintained and clean. Bathrooms are a little older, but clean, well-maintained, and had great hot showers. All sites are gravel, mostly level, with very nice covered tables and grills.

For Rocky Point - Santa Rosa Lake State Park: Super clean, well maintained. Large sites. Hot showers. Long driveways. Covered picnic tables. Views of the lake and plenty of pinion and small pine trees. Friendly ranger.

For Rocky Point - Santa Rosa Lake State Park: This place is horrible!!! Old and unkept. Short back ins. We drove through and left. Wouldn’t stay if it was free.

For Rocky Point - Santa Rosa Lake State Park: Third NM SP we’ve visited. Great facilities! Asphalt pads. Electric. Nice concrete cover for picnic table. Didn’t use bathhouse. Would return!
