For Rocky Point - Santa Rosa Lake State Park: Shade structure, picnic table, and fire pit/grill provided. The facilities were less desirable, not clean and no hot water for a shower.

For Rocky Point - Santa Rosa Lake State Park: Nice RV campground with bathrooms and showers. Our site (14A) did not have water but others did. There were water spigots in the loop so we took on water before getting set up. There is also a dump station. We woke up to some light snow on our truck and travel trailer! We would stay there again.

For Rocky Point - Santa Rosa Lake State Park: Pretty unprofessional when a park ranger takes the only "walk up," pull through, campsite that has Electric and water. (He'd been there for over a week). If a ranger has to stay in the campground, then he should take the less likeable site. Btw, he only slept there.

Kayaker

For Rocky Point - Santa Rosa Lake State Park: Nice sites. No hot water ?water heater broken and they don't know when it will be fixed. Also be careful. Small prickers when you walk off the pavement. They stick to the bottom of your shoes and then you bring them into your camper.

For Rocky Point - Santa Rosa Lake State Park: We camp in tents. We drove out to check it out. There were so many ants everywhere that we didn't stay! Ants on the ground, ants on the pavement, ants on the sidewalks, ants on the picnic tables... Maybe there are fewer ants other times of the year - September now. Also very limited cell phone availability. On the bright side there were some nice trails down to the lake.

Gypsy

For Rocky Point - Santa Rosa Lake State Park: I was not impressed with this campground. The RV sites were far from level, the sites were small, and the electricity was unreliable. Also, FYI, there is no lake access anywhere unless you have a boat. Not helpful in the summer. We were here less than 30 minutes and decided to leave. Do NOT recommend this place.

Blonegasket

For Rocky Point - Santa Rosa Lake State Park: There's not much to add to the previous reviews.
Very quiet. Easy access from I-40. The temps in mid October were 50s-80s.
Sites 1-7 had water-electric. The rest were just electric.
There weren't very many walk-ups sites. The sites that are walk-up are short and unlevel.
Wasps were looking for spots for the winter and were abundant in the afternoons.
Not much vegetation.
We were in a fifth wheel.
