For KOA Journey Lordsburg: We made a reservation here despite the negative reviews, then had our tow vehicle break down enroute. I called to cancel several hours before our scheduled arrival time and we were still assessed the full $43 charge as a cancellation fee. It was stated that is KOA policy. Well, it will be my personal policy to never again stay at a KOA, as they have made our travel misfortune even worse through their lack of caring.

For KOA Journey Lordsburg: People were super nice... Facility is old... Bathrooms not clean and had a funky smell...

For KOA Journey Lordsburg: Owner who was doing the checking in very rude, insulting and short with us at check in. We travel and stay at KOA's all of the time but I will never stay here again.
