For KOA Journey Bernalillo: Stayed one night. Staff person at reception was friendly and knowledgeable. The store is well stocked and offers some souvenirs. Ok for a one night stay. Bathrooms were clean but the showers are tight.

For KOA Journey Bernalillo: Very nice KOA. Everything was well kept - grounds, pool area, playground, bathrooms, campsites. The women’s bathrooms have just been completely redone. The manager Marty was very proactive and provided great service. Yes, the spots are close together - it is a KOA. We had a great stay and will return.

For KOA Journey Bernalillo: Tight spaces, not much privacy. At least the 30 amp back-in sites have fencing on three sides. Noise from the occasional commuter train did not bother us, but the neighbor warming up his diesel truck for 20 minutes at 5 am sure did. In a somewhat sketchy, industrial neighborhood but the campground is effectively isolated from it. Clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Convenient to I-25. Definitely fine for an overnight stay but not recommended for an extended visit.

For KOA Journey Bernalillo: It’s not terrible , but it’s not great either. WiFi DOES NOT WORK. There is cable here, but it comes in poorly, and not at all at some sites. Sites are very close together . Lots of overnighters here, so expect to hear your neighbors packing up and leaving early in the morning. We had new neighbors every night during our 11 night stay, which meant KOA staff and others were in our patio area and in front of our trailer on a daily basis, so no enjoying the “patio†and no Getty fresh air thru the screen door without losing privacy. Definitely not a place we’ll stay at again.

For KOA Journey Bernalillo: A typical KOA. Check was easy and fast. We were escorted to camping site. We stayed in a pull-through # P34. We didn't use the facilities so can't comment on them. Everything was
satisfactory except that the site was very dated and messy with unraked gravel. Not very exciting but adequate.

Kristi
For KOA Journey Bernalillo: Sites are level and mostly pull-thru. But no space between sites. Looks like a lot of seasonal or full-timers. Seems dirty and trashy. Does not justify $46 per night. It’s close to 25 but the atmosphere is awful. Very disappointing for a KOA

For KOA Journey Bernalillo: Sites 23ft. Wide. Cost to much. Let's people sleep in cars, one slept on cots outside the car. One car had no front end or hood you could see the radiator and engine. Watch your stuff. How trashy.
