For Landing Resort: This place is the best it has been in years. No more negative people in here. Everyone is nice and enjoying themselves for the first time in a long time. It’s been a great visit, lots of activities, heated pool is great, the pool deck expansion makes it so nice and the golf cart parking is sweet too. The island deck is so soothing and comforting. The flowers are beautiful. Very clean and nice park I would definitely recommend this park.

For Landing Resort: We love living at the Landing! Tons of fun events such as pot luck dinners, dances, shuffleboard tournaments. We look forward to returning every year!

For Landing Resort: Awesome community with great amenities and super nice residents. I will definitely visit again! Don't understand the negative reviews....guess they are are just bitter since we had no trouble at all and enjoyed our stay!

For Landing Resort: Great family park. Neat and clean and lots of activities. Management since Cobblestone bought has been good. Lots of improvements on the way.

For Landing Resort: Well I do feel the managers think they are the king and queen of park. You better do things there way, even if wrong...or you will be added to hit list. Both are so negative. They are younger and have no idea of how to deal with us older residents. Debbie loves to roll her eyes at you when you are trying to to have conversation when complaining.Keep office locked so you can not get in to get inside packages. Some people are stuck here.. but more than 30 homes have sold and 1/2 took homes out so no more money the park can not make money on there sale.

For Landing Resort: We have spent 3 winters at Landing Resort. The first two years were great! This year was a year straight out of hell! Cobblestone took over and they had new management. They began evicting people for no reason at all. Well maybe one reason. The new manager had an argument with a resident over a game of corn hole toss last year. This year the residents were evicted along with anyone who remained friends with them. There was a hit list. The residents tried to meet with Cobblestone Management Kevin Trout to no eval! The entire park was in an uproar. Some taking sides with management and some standing up for the victims. There was not a minute of peace! You don’t want to stay at Landing Resort. We have moved on.

For Landing Resort: Not a park you want to spend your vacation time at - very evil managers!! Which makes your entire time there toxic! Lot rent goes up every year with a pool with broken heater - dances that are done with music from a phone - dogs barking and allowed to deposit wherever they like - lights out everywhere from bathrooms and community hall to fence and street light entering the park. Lots of shady things going on in this park!! Be careful!!
