For Landing Resort: Burnt out lights all around bathroom and pool area. Poor management and ownership. Two people have fallen and hurt themselves due to no outdoor lights working and yet management blames guest and says they are not hurt that bad was able to get up and walk! Pool heater is always broke. Can’t go into office. Management hides in the office with doors locked. If you liked being cussed at, laughed at and talked about by management this is the place to be. Annual rates of 450.00 a month for a cold pool, shuffleboard and bathrooms. Go anywhere and get a bigger lot for same or less money!
