For Raptor Ranch at Tyndall AFB: 3 night stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Level site. Beautiful Rec Center, clean rest rooms. All the ma chimes in laundry (5/5 worked well. Park has recovered well from hurricane 5 years ago, but lost 3000 trees. Plenty of room between sites to n most areas. Camp host met us and made sure we were set.

For Raptor Ranch at Tyndall AFB: Pros: clean, friendly staff, level pads, covered picnic tables, nice community center with books, games, dvds and kitchen,nice laundry facilities
Cons: campers let their dogs bark nonstop early in the morning (I know could be any campground), you have to drive at least 20 minutes to get to a descent place to hike or bike, they clean the bathrooms from 10-12, cable didn’t work on our site. $800 for the month.

For Raptor Ranch at Tyndall AFB: As retired military we did except a better run facility. As it stands it is mismanaged, people are moved from site to site when clearly there are empty spots. It was done time and again in the Three months we stayed, us included. No space should sit empty ever just to wait u til another client comes. There isn’t a deposit and I can see many spaces empty because of it. Just how much money is. Wasted with the unorthodox system is ridiculous . Picnic tables warped, swings and benches never replaced, brush and garbage left after clients cut and bag garage for lazy staff.

For Raptor Ranch at Tyndall AFB: Was able to get a 30 day reservation. Now I know why. The place is a dump. We got in right before the price increase…$550 to $800 a month! No dog park! No pool! Not much of anything. All rock roads. Not worth getting bikes unpacked. No where to ride. Very disappointed, the base Commander says the rates went up to pay the $15. An hour salary for the workers 🤣😂😅 Ps. If you want your weeds cut, they have loaner lawn mowers available! Imagine that! Oh, one more thing, they play colors at 5pm and taps at 10pm at the highest volume you can imagine! I know there is more but I don’t want to ruin your day.

For Raptor Ranch at Tyndall AFB: I stayed here three times, first time was right after the hurricane and the admin was nice enough to let me stay for one day as this is one of my rest stops going west. Today I saw in Facebook the rates are going up to $50 a night from $25. Next time going west I’ll find another spot

For Raptor Ranch at Tyndall AFB: We stayed one night as we were traveling through. This place has come a long way! This was our third time as our first was right after the storm. The place has been repaired and the trees are growing. Staff was very friendly and we parked in the overflow.
