For Elk Meadow Lodge And RV Resort: Gorgeous location w great views just outside RMNP. The A row was very nice, level and medium sized (middle rows are much more crowded). Bathrooms were clean and nice. Staff pretty good. We didn’t have issues w the dust, but do know there is no gravel anywhere - just dirt. Will most definitely come back.

For Elk Meadow Lodge And RV Resort: Kinda a dust bowl. We stayed in the A row and the sites were mostly level and all the hookups worked. Our row backs up to road to national park. Staff was nice but little misinformed. I was charged $79 a night and then $27 for late check out. Dont ask for refund - they won’t give it for any reason. Only tent sites have fire pits. Easy to get trailer in the site. Great location to Estes and other places.

For Elk Meadow Lodge And RV Resort: As other reviewers have said, most things are really good, EXCEPT: It’s a dust bowl! Huge wind gusts down the canyon cause such a dust problem that this place is off the list for us. Actual gravel on the roads and sites would help (or, at these rates, pave the roads!)

For Elk Meadow Lodge And RV Resort: Nice campground. RV, tent sites and cabins. 20 feet between RV sites, some have shade, most do not. RV sites are gravel and fairly level with room for towed vehicle. Tent sites are NOT level or well drained . Bathrooms and showers were clean, staff helpful and friendly. Pool and nice playground. Nice campground for families.

For Elk Meadow Lodge And RV Resort: Great site as a base camp for activities in Rocky Mountain National Park. One mile from the entrance. Gorgeous views!! Sites were fairly level and all gravel. Very dusty during our stay, but that is to be expected. They advertise WiFi but that’s a joke. Even cell reception is hit or miss, but your in the Rocky Mountains. Staff was amazing. So friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay there again.

For Elk Meadow Lodge And RV Resort: Excellent campground! The views are fantastic and access is great. Near to many activities and the town itself. Friendly and helpful staff.

For Elk Meadow Lodge And RV Resort: The space was level and gravel. Awesome view of the Rockies. The two gentlemen that directed us to our space were quite friendly and helpful. Now the woman in the office could take some charm lessons. We were told that we would have to wait until 1 pm to check in at 12:40 or pay $ 25. We opted to wait. It was the manner of her speech that was about off. The aforementioned gentlemen contradicted that and we were allowed to park. Thank you. gracious guys. We would recommend staying there.
