For Malibu Beach RV Park: Read some less than flattering reviews before our stay and I'm guessing so did the park management. Upon late arrival in our 33' Class A we were met with phenomenal service and kindness from staff at every stage of our visit. Other visitors remarked the same. The park and grounds are top notch with nice facilities including a dog walking path overlooking the pacific. Landscaping is beautiful and carefully maintained.
We had a premium spot on the third tier which was well worth it. Could hear waves but not traffic noise. We walked down to the beach and were easy access to hiking.

For Malibu Beach RV Park: This is a fabulous RV Resort. Above the ocean we walked to the beach every morning. The bathrooms are beautiful and clean, they were reinovated last year. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Beautiful landscaping flower and shrubs, especially along the dog walk, which is a beautiful path with ocean view. I love this place, and hope to return. Make reservations, Malibu RV is popular with very good reason.

For Malibu Beach RV Park: I called ahead, discribed my needs and vehicle, arrived late expecting what was described. When I proudly described my home built stealth van they turned me away without even seeing the vehicle. Clerk said it had to be a professionally built RV. I could have camped, but that option wasn't presented. Ended up at nearby Malibu State Park whitch turns out to be very pretty in the winter.

For Malibu Beach RV Park: Beautiful setting and view. Staff was pleasant and all business. We were there in January during heavy rains and the sites were very muddy and gritty. When the sun did come out the very nice grounds crew came out to sweep and clean. We had an ocean view site and while the view was nice we were right above the highway and it was loud. We would stay again only in a site further up the hill.

For Malibu Beach RV Park: Basically ok ... WiFI poor single ... Sites are close and unlevel... Utilities are ok ... Beautiful view !!! Needs a pool or hot tub ... Tried to unhook tow in front of office where it says STOP and was yelled at by a woman telling me I can not do that there... I asked where? She says up the road ... It just took me by surprise ... I thought it was really rude being I just paid for 2 weeks $789 ! It takes me all of 7 minutes to remove the tow www . RVingVIP . Com

For Malibu Beach RV Park: Great view. You really can't beat the view. However, those looking for more space may think this is like a parking lot. Great staff, minus the manager. She can be a bit bossy and non-attentive.

For Malibu Beach RV Park: Way over priced.
We paid $225 per night.
Tight spaces hard to level.
All dirt no cement or even gravel.
Management is rude.
Don't waste your time and $.
