For Malibu Beach RV Park: Staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. View is amazing! I had I bit of trouble with the incline. RV always seemed to be low in the front. Oh well, not a big deal... the bathroom was so nice; beautiful tile and fixtures. Internet is very spotty. I had a hard time with it, but if you have to use your computer a lot I hope you have a good booster. In and out access is good. PHC busy but you can get out Lots to do around here.. I don’t think I can mention names but. Paradise Cafe *****. Malibu winery ***** Westlake Village grounds*****

For Malibu Beach RV Park: The one star is for the view. Spectacular ocean view we even saw some dolphins. We would never go back to this campground. Way over priced. Way too many rules. The staff seems to be like they are forced to be friendly. Power went out early on super hot night. We had to use our generator all night to stay cool, zero compensation. Not good customer service. If I wanted to use my generator I would have parked up PCH on the beach. The only RV park in Malibu so they can charge what they like and act how they like. There are many places along the ocean , my recommendation don’t stay here. Find another campground.

For Malibu Beach RV Park: Very tight spaces that are so tight your views are killed. I only have a 23’ Sprinter Van, and it was hard to get in the spot. Spots are not very level, and dirt. Some security guy came by and gave me heck for very slowly riding my Segway to the bathroom. He said it’s against the rules. When I asked him where I find the rules, he just said, “take my word”. The bathrooms and showers are limited for the amount of people. The Pacific Coast Highway produces a lot of continuous noise, and there are some overly bright LED Street lights in the park that kill the atmosphere. I found the staff overly unfriendly and condescending And arbitrarily coming up with rules for the moment. For the outrageous high cost and poor staff, I’m torn between 1 and 2 stars.

For Malibu Beach RV Park: Overall rating 3stars
Reservations: easy, staff friendly and accommodating over the phone?
Check in: 1 pm exactly. Arrived 3 min early and was told, that if I ever come back, to wait along PCH if I arrive early. Staff takes lunch between 12 and 1pm. ??
Premium site: 89$ a nite mid week, double wide spot, full hookups with cable and WiFi. Was a little hard to level out my rig.
Great view, quiet and serene. I even think I saw wild parrots in the palm trees.
Spots are tight and access is narrow, if you're new to rving and have a trailer or 5th wheel good luck?.
No direct beach access, be prepared to do some walking or good luck trying to find beach parking along PCH.

For Malibu Beach RV Park: Clean sites. 3 nights. Sunrise and sunsets awesome. 35 a night for 21 footer. I think they charge you for popouts. Also more for lower levels. Fun Being in Malibu

For Malibu Beach RV Park: Great campground view is something couldn't get Oceanside but still very enjoyable clean showers and nice laundry walked to seafood restaurant great food host recommended if we come this way again will stay here
