For KOA Lazydays Tucson Resort: It is a nice place, BUT:
During the summer it is 120 degrees.
During the winter the price goes to ~$1500 for gravel tight back in site. Your RV with slides will be about 6 feet from your neighbor on each side. If you want pull through ~$1700 and the price goes higher if you want a little more space. Plus you pay for your electricity use. Daily rates go for $100-200. Just unreasonable.
Wifi is Tengo. In and out. Mostly out.
Gravel sites.
There are apartments across the street. Their apartments go for $590- $645 a month. So charging $1500- $4000 for a gravel parking space is just crazy. Their pictures online look great but you can't see how tight the sites are.

For KOA Lazydays Tucson Resort: We have stayed at this park many times over the last 10 years. Staff are uniformly competent and pleasant. It is always spotless and gets upgrades every year. It is a modern resort with every amenity. Sites are appropriately priced according to their size, furniture, and configuration. Picking fruit off the trees in season is a cool bonus. In the Arizona off season (spring and summer), the prices are very reasonable. Although staying under the cover of the solar panels is more expensive, we opted to do it because we were going to stay for several days and the September weather forecast was for unrelenting sun and heat. There are some DRAWBACKS to the solar panels. (1) They provided dappled shade most of the day, but in the late afternoon half the RV was not shaded. It was significantly cooler, however, than being in the direct sun all day. (2) They made a loud sound like a constant wind or a generator running 24/7; it was particularly noticeable at night. (3) When it rained, the sound of the rain hitting the RV roof was like hail hitting the roof, because the rain was channeled between panels. Yes, weirdly, we got rain while we were there. (4) They blocked the satellite signal to our roof mounted satellite, but the park provided free basic cable. (5) Sites under the panels were close together. That meant the trees made it challenging to drive in/out and to open slides. (6) The power was unstable. Even though the park was not full, our AC voltage was 106 to 109 throughout our visit, causing the AC circuit breaker to flip occasionally. We have not had this problem at other parks when the voltage was 110 to 120. Despite these drawbacks, avoiding the Arizona sun when temperatures were in the 100s was worth the difference in price.

For KOA Lazydays Tucson Resort: Agree with other reviews. Very well kept upscale KOA. Very hard working staff. Great place for traveling dogs, with good sized off leash yard and some smaller spots. Our site even had a little fenced yard for our dog complete with tree and grass. That said, the surrounding neighborhood is not great for dog walks or walks of any kind, and the location is not convenient to all the beautiful outdoor areas surrounding Tucson. Still we will probably return because the KOA itself is great.

For KOA Lazydays Tucson Resort: We stayed at the Lazy Days KOA for a week. This is a high end KOA with all the amenities that come with the high price. It had a swimming pool, a perfect bath-house, a perfect laundry rom, even an on-site restaurant. We received some Amazon and personal mail there. They even had some community gas fire places. It is located in a weird part of town. However, once inside the resort everything is upscale. The resort staff is very friendly and helpful. A single down side is that it is close to an Air Force Base and the fly-boys like to hit the after-burners. Quiet noisy. By the way there are many lemon, orange, and grapefruit trees on site that the staff encourages that you pick. We did. Hmm, tasty.

For KOA Lazydays Tucson Resort: We loved this place and will definitely be staying here again. We arrived after dark and we were escorted to our site after checking in at the security gate. Very secure safe facilities with helpful friendly staff. Very clean, well maintained RV park. They have something for everyone. This park is very dog friendly with lots of places to take your dog along with an off leash area. Restaurant (BBQ Rush) is great, be sure to try the Mac ‘n Cheese, its awesome. If you’re looking for a great place to RV in Tucson try the Lazydays KOA.

For KOA Lazydays Tucson Resort: Great campsite with level lots and nice pad with wrought iron furniture. The pools and hot tubs were great. Showers/bathrooms were clean and laundry facility convenient. We played pickle ball, ping pong, and pool. Absolutely loved the citrus trees where you can pick your own fruit - tasted amazing during a cold December week.

For KOA Lazydays Tucson Resort: So as wonderful as this place is, and it is, I can only give it 2 stars at best because they have a large and wonderful dog park area that they allow the pool water to drain into every day. So when you take you dog there, it is at a minimum muddy and at worst is flooded in several areas and occasionally completely flooded. Now there is a pond near the dog park... why don’t they divert the pool water there or block the drainage into the dog area so the water has to continue down into the street all the way. Come on. This RV Park is so well thought out but this! It really really stinks and makes it hard in many ways for dog owners.
It really ruins an RV’ers day to have a wet and muddy dog to take home into such a tiny space. They do have dog washes but I don’t want to wash my dog twice a day after I’ve taken him to the park. It’s ridiculous and easy to fix. Block the drainage area.
