For KOA Lazydays Tucson Resort: I have read some 1 star reviews, luckily we have not experienced the barking dogs or kids. We are here for 4 nights & so far staff has been great, BBQ Rush had a great meal last night. Only 1 pool is open as they are coating the main pool. We have a fire pit space on the end (1531) close to pool & laundry nice location. Based on our stay so far 4 stars.

For KOA Lazydays Tucson Resort: This place is miserable. Too many weekend warriors. I don't mind it if you want to show up on a Friday afternoon and leave on Sunday (with your 17' trailer, 3 kids, 3 dogs and a case of beer). It's the attitude that comes with it. It's the bad energy. It's the yelling, the cursing, the loud music until after midnight, the barking dog outside the trailer all hours of the night. I know, it's a KOA and you should expect a lot of kids running around but they take it to a whole new level at this place. There are kids running around everywhere without parents and dogs running around without a leash every day. Some of these dogs are not the kind you want running around. They had 2 dogs KILLED at this park last year by another dog right in front of the owners that could not stop it! They just don't give a sh@t ! If you try to complain, you are guaranteed to be ignored!

For KOA Lazydays Tucson Resort: "Extremely clean" ?!? That must be a review from an employee or someone really nasty and dirty. What is "Extremely clean" about this place? What do you expect? Piles of trash everywhere? We actually find fresh dog poop on our site daily!!! People refuse to pick up their dogs poop. Also, inconsiderate people leaving their dog outside all night to bark. Wait, there is more: Too many unsupervised kids yelling while running right by other people's rv. Bottom line: Nasty 1% of rv people make this life style unbearable for the rest of us. But don't forget, it's "Extremely clean"

For KOA Lazydays Tucson Resort: People fighting and yelling late at night. 2-3 am. Large dogs barking all hours of the night.

For KOA Lazydays Tucson Resort: I don't understand why this place gets some 5 star reviews? It just feels like what I imagine a trailer park would feel like. A trailer park where none of the residents ever go to work but make a living late at night. Drugs, prostitution, seriously, that is the feel. We have been here over a week and there are barking dogs (left outside) every single night for hours! Last night after 2 am there was a lot of yelling and screaming back and forth about the dogs. Also, wifi does not work. We are told they just don't care about anything but money. 400 spots @ $75 a night. Anyone that complains gets a "if you don't like it, why don't you go find another parking space somewhere else?" We are leaving this place asap.

For KOA Lazydays Tucson Resort: It is a nice parking lot, not a resort. You pay as much as a nice hotel, to park your RV. If that is the definition of a resort, fine. We did not like this place. It is too loud as other reviews mentioned. Barking dogs late at night. Kids yelling during the day. Gun shots late at night and hovering helicopters circling the "resort". Needless to say it is a high crime area.

For KOA Lazydays Tucson Resort: It is a nice parking lot, not a resort. You pay as much as a nice hotel, to park your RV. If that is the definition of a resort, fine. We did not like this place. Needless to say it is a high crime area.
