For Ivys Cove RV Retreat: Easy on/off I-40 just past a Flying J Gas. We were over night in 38’ motorhome. The park clean and neat, it was quite, our site was level and we had partial tree shade in 98 degrees that was appreciated!!! Good dog area, only negative was sites are close together. We will stay here again.

For Ivys Cove RV Retreat: We are passing through going west and stopped early for the evening. We called for a reservation which was simple and quick. The park is very nice with a big run for the dogs. The site was long enough to get our 33’ trailer with F250 without unhooking. Gravel but flat and clean. This is a great place and one I would spend several days if needed. Thank you! Jonathan

For Ivys Cove RV Retreat: Very nice park. Second time to stay here. Manager stayed late waiting for us to arrive (9pm), site level, clean, well lit. Easy access from frwy. Will stay here again when coming through area.

For Ivys Cove RV Retreat: Nice quiet place. Easy to find and get into. Gravel roads, gravel sites, grass between. Sites were all level, don’t know how a prior review found one not level. Spacing is typical commercial park. Trees covering sites in front, none in back. Owner David lives on site, is often not in office but walks through his house to open the office when needed.

For Ivys Cove RV Retreat: Level site. Park is ok. Man behind counter wouldn’t put a mask on. Seriously, if you don’t care about my health then you don’t care about customers.

For Ivys Cove RV Retreat: Pros - clean neat campground close to I20. Clean private bathrooms. No pot holes and nice gravel everything. Nice long pull thru where you can stay hooked up to tow vehicles. Cons - our pull thru was NOT level. Frustrating to have to find most level spot on site and then use leveling blocks. Was not pleased w owner. He just quickly wanted my credit card number and last name only, then would not give me a site number and said NO they don’t send confirmation emails. I had to call him when we got there, leave message and wait for return call. NO receipt NO map NO instructions. He calls back tells me a site number, and to use map on wall. No copies must take picture w phone to know where to find sites. Campground is to the right of family home and is a side business. We will not return.

For Ivys Cove RV Retreat: Nice overnight spot. Level, gravel sites. We got a pull-thru site. Clean. Near gas station. Came in second week of July, very hot and humid. We arrived late, David was gracious and very accommodating. WiFi was good.
