For Ivys Cove RV Retreat: Yes, there is a sign, prosecuting people who leave w/o paying, makes sense. Great stay for us. I called last evening, told him our needs, got a reservation, really glad; I had left 3 messages at other parks. The owner/managers live on site @ Ivys. We parked in our assigned site, per the board on the wall since the owner was temporarily away. When the manager returned he came to our site to let us know. Easy to find level site, many big rigs,
playground at pavillion, reasonable fee, an over-flow lot, and helpful manager r/t locale of Walmart for lube. We'll gladly stay here again when we are in the area.

For Ivys Cove RV Retreat: Arrived at 3:30 pm, no one in the office, called number provided & told what space to occupy. No one in the office the rest of the day or in the morning! Way overpriced ($32.50 for 30 amp) for what you get-no WiFi, limited cable, gravel pads, no pool and very small play area (if you have kids). If we had not been so tired we would have left. Big sign at exit stating "drive offs will be prosecuted", does this happen a lot? Maybe someone should be in the office! Only good thing, it's close to Flying J and EZ on & off I-40. Will not be staying here again.
