For KOA Journey Memphis: Site was flooded when we arrived but due to the rain over the past month this is understandable. If you have a big rig this site is very tight to maneuver. The roads have very bad pot holes. For bigger rigs the concrete pads are extremely small and the electrical box is right in the way of the kitchen slide out (it looks like numerous people have hit it with their slide out). The hook ups worked well and the park was safe. There is a lot of highway noise but that is to be expected with a camp this close to the road. If I had a smaller rig I would have given it a 4 star.

For KOA Journey Memphis: For a KOA Journey this was surprisingly very nice. There is a new manager who made many improvements. The gravel road full of potholes was the worse thing but supposedly will be fixed over the summer. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We have a 40 ft rig towing our car and fit nicely into our site. I’ll stay here again.

For KOA Journey Memphis: Our first impressions when we arrived: looks good, yay! a closed dog run. Lots of trees. Friendly staff. —Then they showed us to a site next to a permanent resident (?) They had guests parked across our site, and they were pounding on something under their trailer. Then the fence around the dog run had wide gaps next to each poll so you can’t take your small dogs off-leash.

For KOA Journey Memphis: We were passing through to Texas and stayed two nights to see Graceland and a few other things in the Memphis area. This was the first Koa that I have stayed in. Sorry I wasn’t impressed the roads were gravel with muddy potholes and there was fecal material near out sewer hookup. And the sites themselves were close together and nothing special. It served its purpose, but probably wouldn’t stay again. FYI it was the highest priced campsite we paid for from the west coast to there and was the least desirable of all the campgrounds we stayed at.

For KOA Journey Memphis: Speedy check-in. Spot 18 decently level for 25’ ‘Bago. WiFi not so great, couldn’t reliably stream video. Otherwise nice facility but would like more space between spots. Would stay here again.
