For Gunter Hill: Spent new year’s weekend here. Cold but roomy. Easy in lots with lots of space between. Bath house clean and spacious . A little out of the way, but worth the drive!
If this were privately owned, there would be three times as many lots crammed in.

For Gunter Hill: Very friendly and helpful staff. Catoma loop very nice with f/h sites. Antioch loop more primitive but nice w/e gravel sites but road around loop needs major repair.

For Gunter Hill: Nice sites but you can not see the water for the tree leaves at the waterfront site. Can’t swim from waterfront site according to rules.

MoHoRV
For Gunter Hill: This is always our go-to place to stop at when in the area. Lovely rustic campground divided into two distinct loops, one feels like it’s from the 70’s ( w&e, no sewer) and the newer side that has full hookups for an additional $4 a day. Last time I was using ATT, and coverage was fair. This time I am on Visible with a WeBoost-and struggling to view presentations with any consistency. Be warned if this is a necessity. We love the campground and will be back

For Gunter Hill: This place is beautiful, and quiet. We stayed at Catoma 41 right along the lake. It’s very clean, and well laid out. The sites are level and concrete. Water pressure is great too. No WiFi, but we were able to find 47 air channels on the TV. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I’ll stay here again whenever I’m near.

Camping with Shaggy
For Gunter Hill: We stayed in the Catoma Loop, Site #9 for three nights in early December 2020. As others have mentioned, the sites are paved and pretty level. Decent space between sites as well. The bathrooms were very clean (and warm). The park was quiet. Nice small playground areas for kids. Montgomery and Plattsville were close by.

Pierre
For Gunter Hill: Stay there 3 nites in mid-March 2020 during Covid 19 outbreak. Nice spacious level sites with plenty f open space in between. We didn't have a boatbut they have a great launch area. Bathrooms clean but could use a bit of updating. Overall a great campsite and, considering the spacious sites have full hookups included, the $28 price can't be beat. Would definitely stay here again.
