May 2019: I got there about 7 pm. Did a little shopping and then settled in for the night. Ate my dinner, watched the ball game and went to bed. Got up in the morning and got on my way. Thats the way to do it. There were two tractor trailers there as well. Street sweeper came early in the morning 5-6 am. Park out of everyones way! Do not take the spaces that trucks can use. They do not fit everywhere. Oct 2015: Park in the way far back. Oct 2015: Parking is allowed. I stayed there last night and it was fine, a little noise because it is 24/7 but no complaints.
