Oct 2012: We called ahead and received permission from Walmart to park overnight, however we were awakened at 2am by local police and asked to leave. There is a city ordinance against overnight parking. Sep 2012: Manager Tom advised Walmart would allow over night rv parking. However, Tom provided me with the telephone number of Guilford Police. The Sargent said, town ordinance will not allow overnight camping and was quite clear, sleeping is considered camping. So I concluded No Overnight Parking.
