Feb 2018: Car. Was asleep after a long day of work and couldnt make it home. Security told me to park near the Carls Jr.After being a sleep for a few hours, an extremely rude cop violently knocked on my window and started yelling at me, What are you doing?! He was clearing out the people in tents, and apparently felt the need to exercise his authority further. He told me I was loitering and needed to leave, even if I had permission.
