For Loves Travel Stop: Stopped Friday Sept 1 to have a flat tire on my international truck replaced.
There was only 2 trucks in the bays.
The man at the desk told me 2hrs before they could do anything. So I waited.4 hrs later they told me that Howard Sheppard's account was inactive,so I called to verify account #,but your man didn't seem interested in fixing my truck.
So I after 4 hrs i went to pilot.
The company I work for was really upset with loves.
I know we can't go back and fix this,but I'm really hesitant to go back to loves.

Place is clean and level . Great stopover.
