For Flying J Travel Plaza: February 3, 2023 — As the cashier for propane and water to fill my RV and she said they did not have any and she had a bad attitude on top of it. So I asked where could I find propane and water and she raised her shoulder and said « I don’t know « . Therefore, we found a « Pilot » not too far and we were very happy with the service and they had propane and water. This is not a Flying J I would recommend.

For Flying J Travel Plaza: Stayed here overnight in our RV since Walmart does not allow overnighters anymore. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very appreciative they allowed us to stay. RV pump station is easy in and out.

For Flying J Travel Plaza: As mentioned by Manuela the outside pump in RV lanes has issue with trying to preauth $500 setting off bank fraud alert. Better to pay inside and get the Good Sam discount anyway. Nice RV islands with gas and diesel making easy in and out for any size RV

For Flying J Travel Plaza: They are lucky to get 2 stars!!! Went today, used to RV lane for a gas ‘top off’ ($24) The card system tried to preauthorize $500 !!! It locked up my bank card thinking it was fraud! (See cashier) But I then tried my debit card, it too was rejected. Of course I then Checked my bank account, it was all good money wise. Finally went in to see cashier, debit declined again. I then used a different bank card... After gas, I called my bank to learn about the $500 preauth. But what about my other card? I know I didn’t have $500 in that account. After my talk with the bank (and them unlocking my cards) I called the station... what a damn head ache! It took NINE calls to finally get through to a manager! Either I was on hold waiting for Marshall (6 min), calledback and told “sorry he just LEFT”. Or the phone rang for 2:04 min and I was disconnected! All totaled it took me NINE calls to finally complete my talk with Mgr Ashlynn, Turns out she had me on speaker phone and I could hear others talking, one person was the GM Jennifer. Seems Ashlynn was new and the boss was talking her through my upset. By the way,,, I do not curse at people , I was upset though 1 of those calls Sprint dropped the call too.

For Flying J Travel Plaza: I filled my truck with diesel fuel and DEF at this location. Immediately after I got back onto the freeway my truck notified me that there was an issue with DEF quality. I immediately took my truck time the dealership. They tested my DEF quality and it was faulty and not within the standards required. I notified corporate Pilot. They said they would test there tank. This has now been 8 days and state the Def quality is within standards. They didn't test the tank on the date I notified them either. They are refusing to provide me with there independent test results as well. As a small business a 1,200.00 repair for which they are responsible for. They are refusing to accept responsibility and also refuse to provide there test results. Unbelievable since Pilot had been my go to company for a long time.

For Flying J Travel Plaza: If your an Rver you got to love Flying J. This is a busy one, it was easy in and out. Have RV fuel lanes, Dump, and propane. Did not spend the night, it was packed at 5:30pm. Went to Walmart which was also packed with RVs.
