For TA Travel Center: We pulled in at 10:30 pm and went in and paid for a parking spot in the truck area near the complex. It was nice easy and quiet . Only went in the facility to pay for the reserved spot but seemed to be very clean and everyone was wearing masks

For TA Travel Center: My review is for Bob Evans. This food was great I had take out both times. The breakfast was good! ONLY thing my homefries was still a lil hard.And we also had dinner the chicken,cole slaw,french fries were all good. The rolls are the boom.ðŸ‘😀 Thanks Mrs. Betty for ur great customers service.

For TA Travel Center: One star is a compliment, I thought maybe the first time was a fluke, but second was just as bad. Takes forever to be seated. Food is not great. And waitress seems to not care to come back around to refill your drink.

For TA Travel Center: The WORST DINING EXPERIENCE EVER!! Does not deserve a 1 star review but the system requires a number and 0 is not an option. Stopped at the TA Hebron Ohio Bob Evans today 6-15-19 around 3:30 to grab a quiet meal with my young 9 year old daughter and my mother who just lost her husband. As we were looking over the menu, I heard a woman yelling. At first I thought it was possibly a cognitively impaired individual. But no!,I turned around to find an older waitress yelling at a younger waitress. REALLY employees arguing, across a restaurant!, in the dining area, while customers are there, Needless to say I was very upset and let them know. The old waitress just made some stupid excuse that the younger waitress had been giving her attitude. WHO CARES! Use wisdom and maturity. Get your manager to handle it and do not act like an idiot in front of the customers! Left the restaurant without ordering and I will never return . Both of the waitresses should be ashamed and fired for their juvenile attitudes, disrespect, lack of maturity undeveloped social skills, beyond unbelievably immature behavior and plain stupidity.

Much nicer than the Pilot across the highway.

For TA Travel Center: Very pleased with their truck service department. Fred is an awesome shop manager and he and his crew will take care of you! Natasha the service writer is also awesome, they are all very dedicated and I am happy to know them and do business with them!

For TA Travel Center: Restaurant was great. Nice service food was good and the parking lot had some spaces at 7 pm
