For Ontario West Travel Center: Worse place I've ever been too. Brought my wife on the trick with me couldn't even take shower guess we could have but they were nasty bathroom nasty. Took forever to get a waitress to get a drink order and to get one served was even harder ate buffet just to eat big mistake food wasn't good dry and over cooked on some salad bar was good. I'm actually sitting in resturant waiting for a ticket we had grill cheese they were good but almost chilled by time got to us. Wanted a pice of pie but never could get waitress to come by so we could order don't know if we supose to pay or just leave as we have seen severaldo that even seen cashier give a couple free food to carry out. Wontbe back here advice to those reading this don't waste your time

For Ontario West Travel Center: This place sucks 3 hours waiting outside because they said they have costumers go in bay the guy told us 30 min 2 hours pass and still waiting for someone to show up manager don't answer the phone , another employee said maybe they are waiting for the next shift God's know when are we going to get the oil change this place sucks

For Ontario West Travel Center: This place is very RV unfriendly. Avoid at all costs. Credit card readers on pumps and indoors won't do credit, only debit. Cashier didn't have any idea how to make it function properly. I could not make a purchase of fuel

Disappointed
For Ontario West Travel Center: This place has 20 showers and only has 7 of them open. Now it's a 2 hour wait because they are to lazy to clean the others and open them up. I just don't get how lazy these people are. It's to bad corporate don't give a ... either. I tried calling them and letting them know and they said I'm sure there is a reason behind it there is nothing we can do about it. I'm sorry this is happening and you will just have to have patience. PATIENCE!? REALLY!? ALL BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE CAN'T GET OFF THEY'RE ... AND DO THEY'RE JOB THEY WERE HIRED TO DO AND I HAVE TO LEARN PATIENCE. I'M ON A SCHEDULE YOU DUMB ... PEOPLE.

For Ontario West Travel Center: Unfortunately the staff here have zero concerns about customer service. I'm not sure if they lack skills or just don't care.
While completing my transaction at their fuel desk the cashier informed me she could not produce change and rudely told me to go to another place to obtain change, instead of taking the time to do the job, the cashier cost me more time.
I thought that this was a service industry, unfortunately here the tables have turned.
Yes this will be my last resort, and sadly there are not many choices.

For Ontario West Travel Center: This truck stop is not good for regular gas motor homes, Especially with a tow vehicle. Pumps are too close to building, no turning radius.
