For Pilot Travel Center: Very poorly laid out. A simple fuel stop took nearly an hour because it was too hard to maneuver to the pumps due to the terrible traffic flow, and trucks were blocking each other just trying to get off the road and in line to fuel up. Not the worst truck stop I have ever seen but certainly in the top 20.

For Pilot Travel Center: During my stay February 2013, there were no paper towels anywhere in the men's bathroom and all three of the sinks looked like they belonged in a dirty workshop. You know it's bad when it's worse than any other pilot!
