For Pilot Travel Center: Did not find any RV lane or any RV signage; fueled at car island. Only got fuel, no interaction with staff, but seemed good from the little I saw.

For Pilot Travel Center: Spent the night here in my THOW. Well lit parking areas. After an hour, the truck noise was tuned out, and became a soothing hum.
Washing machines were great! Bathroom was clean. I passed on the food. Staff was friendly and helpful.
I did see a RV get trapped. So, if you are not a truck and you park in the last row, Park with your nose on the front of the line. If you park with your rear to the back of the line, trucks will back up in front of you and drop their trailer.
Con: 1 Gallon of "Nestle Water" was $4.79

For Pilot Travel Center: I stopped here to fuel on 9/11/16. The counter staff were professional and friendly, there were paper towel dispensers at the pump buckets of window cleaner. The trash cans were empty. I did not eat at the restaurant, or use the bathroom, so I can't comment on them. The store seemed clean. In short, I did not see any of the complaints noted by the previous poster.

For Pilot Travel Center: I love this location due to its convenience to my route into the carolinas BUT, the place is always busy and nasty. bathrooms are horrible, the restaurant is open to the store so you can hear all the noise in there, the fuel islands NEVER have window cleaner or empty trash cans, and im not sure but I would swear someone is breeding flies specifically trained to be in the restaurant, bathroom, on food, or wherever they choose. cleaned up, this place would be awesome
