For Pilot Travel Center: This was a lot better before it became a Pilot. When it was the Liberty Truck Stop at least you could enjoy a good meal in the restaurant and not just fast food.

For Pilot Travel Center: So far its great. Needed to find certain truck stops to stop & fuel up & this app worked excellent so far! Very nice, tells me TS locations, names, exit, town, & hoe many miles. Nice!

For Pilot Travel Center: I'm giving this a low review due to the somewhat recent addition of the miserable bus tours that stop to discharge passengers merely to use the restrooms. It's a wretched experience: if you pull in and see a bus pulling in, RUN to grab a toilet stall. In addition, the passengers jam the front of the auto parking area 1) clogging parking 2) smoking smoking smoking 3) milling and leaning on your car. Management should have a clear policy and enforce to ensure manners of all guests. I used to be a regular here but now time my fuel and restroom needs for stations before and after this stop. It's too bad - I was excited about the renovations (nice) but loathe the constant bus tours.

For Pilot Travel Center: The only good I can say about this place is they fixed the parking lot, and made the store brighter and generally well stocked. They have pilot coffee, the bathrooms and showers are better than the previous owners (but they were also independent).
The bad its a PILOT which means you won't have a actual restaurant you have Subway and some other overpriced non nutritious junk food to choose from.
It used to be a place where you could get a homestyle meal for a reasonable price. Sure you risked a broken axle in the parking lot but it was a TRUCKSTOP!
Bottom line get there early or fight for a apace. Grab a cup of coffee, shower, & fuel but keep rolling to find a TA or PETRO.
