For Pilot Travel Center: We drive a nicely converted school bus that’s 38ft long and tow a Jeep. Was given permission by the attendant that we could park in an empty Truck space in the back for overnight parking. When we returned to our bus that evening, a security guard quickly came up to our bus and banged on the door yelling at us “The truck drivers arnt having this! You gotta leave!”.... then he jumped in his golf cart and drove off. We ended up parking on the street behind the Super 8 a block away with no issues. I didn’t even bother arguing with the Pilot management, it was just a completely irritating situation!

For Pilot Travel Center: Typical Pilot with no RV lanes. Decent service, reasonably clean. (Now legal to pump my own fuel, and attendant assumed I would.) Lot is a little cramped, otherwise an okay experience.

For Pilot Travel Center: Big area for tractor trailers and RVs behind store and pumps. But pump access for RVs is very tight and limited. Busy place! Avoid peak hours for pump access.
