For Pilot Travel Center: Didn’t have Gatorade or Powerade, store is dirty, Dairy Queen counter was closed at 8pm, got 2 frostier at Wendy’s instead. Dirty, trash, fries, garbage on the floor, slow chaotic service, took forever. Will not stop there again

For Pilot Travel Center: We were discriminated at the Wendy’s in this Pilot. They wouldn’t wait on us or even make eye contact with us. After 7-8 minutes it was obvious that we were not going to get waited on. We were the only customers at the counter and the only white people there. We left went to the store side of the Pilot and spoke to another employee about our encounter and she stated they have issues over there.
