For Pilot Travel Center: Stopped in for diesel for our RV. Easy entry access and not too busy. DEF available. Only bad thing was that the air compressor wasn’t working. We would come back though.

For Pilot Travel Center: My only complaint is if you are in an RV or pulling a camper trailer and you need gasoline you will not be able to get in or out at the gas pumps

For Pilot Travel Center: We too were stranded for eight hours Jan. 3, 2018 on I 20 because of the ice and snow and accidents on the interstate. We had to exit because part of I 20 was closed. My sister, who is on oxygen, was with us. Seeing the lights on at this wonderful truck top was a Godsend. I almost cried. There was no motel where we could find a room . These wonderful people let us stay in the truck stop overnight. God bless them for their compassion.

For Pilot Travel Center: We were stranded near Bishopville SC due to an ice/snow storm 1/3/18. Many of us had sat on the interstate as much as 8 hours in our case because of collisions and construction. When able to exit we were relieved to have the travel station at the exit and it was a haven for us as we waited overnight for daybreak before traveling the 15 miles home. The staff were friendly and the facility very accommodating for us weary travelers. We wanted to express our deep gratitude for their work and to your company for your investment in them and the community.

For Pilot Travel Center: The actual Hess is great. However the Dairy Queen is horrible. The worse dq I have ever been to. First of all they were slow. I ordered a bbq sandwich. It was mainly chicken fat/skin yuck!! And they don't sell fries or onion rings. What????? Absolutely ridiculous!! I would not recommend this place at all.
