For Whately Truck Stop: I liked this stop, really easy to pull into the pumps for someone who is new to towing the 38ft fifth wheel. People were nice at the restaurant and little store, bathroom was clean. There was not another soul pumping so I could leave it to run in real quick. Didn’t ask about parking but saw some other non trucks parked and parking looked somewhat open and easy. Nice to not be at a big busy Loves or Pilot etc. There were quite a number of people at the diner and they seemed busy, would assume it safe to eat there, smelled good.

For Whately Truck Stop: The shower is located in a multi-person bathroom with its own
door and lock. There is an 8 inch gap at the top and bottom of the
door so don't expect noise or smell isolation from a guy taking a dump
on the other side. It's certainly worth noting the shower room is in
decrepit shape. Bring your own towels because there are none. The
shower was $4. Between its low cost, and the slightest hint of disgust
I believe I picked-up on the waitresses face as I asked for a shower,
I should have hit the road. No, I didn't want to shower with a
waitress, the shower is located within a dinner. Yes, a dinner.
Don't get the steak tip dinner if you're hungry for steak. There is
more meat in two cans of cat food than was on my plate. It tasted just
fine though. The nearest hotel (red roof inn plus) was $150 a night.
That's nearly three times the price of my usual red roof inn, but I'm
willing to bet their shower room isn't in shambles.
