For Pilot Travel Center: AVOID AT ALL COST FOR FOOD. Started at the Cinnabon ... the girl was more interested in making her rolls then helping a customer. I stood there for 5 minutes before she even addressed me. Then when I asked for my receipt I had to WAIT until she finished making her rolls to get one. Moving onto Subway, this one was a doozy. The kid helping me clearly had no idea how to make a sandwich. Didn’t know what meats went into one of their standard sandwiches, meats were distributed only to 3/4 of the sandwich??, and then veggies were only put on half of it??? ... new employee or not, common sandwich knowledge would indicate spreading ingredients out evenly. So displeased with the service I only paid for the half that was made and left. Management was no better and did not provide assistance to her employee or us ... she just took other customers behind us and 2 people were done before my HALF sandwich was done. Terrible experience.

For Pilot Travel Center: Went to the subway to get a sandwich cause I haven't eaten all day . Thought I would get a good sandwich. Wrong black girl with big eyelashes throws everything on my wrap very sloppy. Tried to eat while driving and it was falling apart.If I wasn't so hungry I would have walked right out. That's my second time there and I'm a truck driver service was not that good. Pass on this subway.

For Pilot Travel Center: Very nice store and rest rooms. But if you need gas and not diesel gas.. and you are in an RV and towing anything... there is no way out once your in. Pass it by.

For Pilot Travel Center: Excellent RV stop! There’s a spot in the back left next to the grass that most trucks won’t pull into so you have a grassy hill to one side and a grassy hill behind you, and a truck probably won’t park directly next to the other side of you.
