For Segovia Truck Stop: This is a definite independent truck stop. Nothing at all fancy, and this review is for the food only. We've been driving around for a few weeks hoping to exoerience that sweet spot of greasy spoon goodness without feeling like you dropped a bomb in your stomach. This place delivered. Great cheeseburgers and fries and perfect pancakes. Breakfast served all day, and they don't judge you when you order a side of pancakes with your burger and fries.
