For Deanos Travel Plaza: We did not need to pay or buy gas. Just needed to leave an ID. We really appreciated the potable water and also needed to dump. It is a spacious lot and was not very busy. The dump is very close to and entrance exit so needed the full hose length to not block the entry.

For Deanos Travel Plaza: We filled up at the Exxon gas station located at this travel plaza. We also bought some ice. We had to show our gas receipt in order to get the key to dump. Thanks to the previous reviewer about the portable water, we chose to just dump here.

For Deanos Travel Plaza: July 2020: Access to the rv dump area is easiest from the fuel pumps. Entering from the street on the south side of the business is possible for a shorter rig, but not advisable due to the limited space. There’s very limited room for more than one or two rigs to line up at the waste site. If there’s already a line, it’s possible to park along the curb on the street to the south to wait. The dump site is generally sloped a bit towards the west and south, not level. Depending on the attendant on duty, you may or may not find the waste inlet padlocked closed until you go inside and ask for it to be unlocked ($5 if you are not already a paying customer). There are not two separate water sources for rinse and fresh water. There’s only one water source being used for both rinsing waste tanks and dump hoses, and also for refilling freshwater tanks. Where there’s only one water source, there’s a very real possibility of contamination of the water supply due to backflow from using it for waste tank and hose rinsing.
