For Newell Truck Plaza: It used to be a great Truck stop 10 years ago, it could be again with the right management,but as usual big Buck Truck stops Buy up the Mom and Pop Truck stops and run them into the ground.. I just did a 34 hour restart at the Newell, they no longer have a TV Room , the Mens Restroom was in bad shape, as far a Lot Lizards ? I can't comment, I didn't see any...

For Newell Truck Plaza: Went in to eat on mothers day. was greeted by a rude waitress (Agnes). only got one cup of coffee the whole time we sat there. she was short with us everytime she come to our table. I had to walk up to the counter to 3 times to ask for things I needed. Then when we talked to the boss lady she got extremely rude with us and kicked us out and threatened to call the cops. all we wanted was our check. Will not be going back! Worst service ever! We have been going there for YEARS! It was so bad this time!

For Newell Truck Plaza: Rundown older truck stop with fair tire service.and front desk. Clean showers. Overflowing with ugly older crack whore lot lizzards

For Newell Truck Plaza: The worst in competent people I've ever seen I call to see if the restaurant had a breakfast buffet the man on the other end of the phone Said they did at got there and they didn't have one Will not go back there again

For Newell Truck Plaza: Very clean,friendly staff, prices on supplies and groceries are very reasonable price, much more than any other truckstop I've been to.

For Newell Truck Plaza: The best feature about this stop is the restaurant. It is much better than any TA or Petro restaurant. They offer a decent, albeit small buffet, boast very good omelets and a quality Ruben sandwich.
The place has recently been remodeled, and while I've not tried the showers since, they were pretty good before, so I expect they are even nicer now.
