For Sun Outdoors Islamorada: This is a beautiful brand new resort. Much more space between sites than other similar resorts. Showers are incredible, nice rooms with a solid locking door. Only wish there were more of the amenities actually complete and open. Only other complaint - Dog area is at one end of the campground and there isn’t much grass easy to get too for dogs to walk on (sites are surrounded in beautiful gravel) in the heat of the summer the grounds could be pretty dangerous for dog’s feet. Staff is incredibly freindly and helpful. This will definitely be a hard campground to get into in the winter. highlly recommend it especially when all their amenities are in place. If you are short-ish like under 40’ go for a straight baxk in site, they are the most spacious.
