For Stoner RV Resort: Traveling by motorcycle. Scott saved me a tent site near the entrance to the RV park. The showers and restrooms were very close, and sparkling clean. The laundry was clean and even furnished at no charge. The camp store was one of the best ever experienced. Excellent choice of foods and camping supplies. A free “swag bag” with fresh eggs, cookies and coffee was unexpected but enjoyed. The cherry on top of the sundae was free firewood! Truly over the top service. One of the very best campgrounds in my 76 years!

For Stoner RV Resort: What a hidden gem in this part of Colorado! Owners are incredibly friendly and are making their campground a great place. Campsites along the creek, hook ups, raised campfire ring with a screen cover, propane heaters at each site, BBQ at each site, large grassy playground for kids. The camp store is full of things campers might need. Campfire wood provided at no cost! Great laundry area and restrooms. They have thought of everything! May 2023

For Stoner RV Resort: First thing the other review must work for another RV park. This park is a sleeper, Scott the new owner is working very hard to make is park a 5 star park. First the restrooms/showers are a 9. Each restroom/shower is a room with a locking door. The grounds are kept maintained and clean, the sites are ALL back in, all sites have a fire pit, table, an a propane BBQ with a full propane tank, play area for kids, the Stoner Creek runs along the park, with fire pits and propane heaters, and swings are positioned along the creek bed, the on site store has everything you would find in a larger grocery store, wifi is over the top (Starlink) we had no problems streaming tv, cell phone service not so much, but wifi calling no problems, Cortez is about 27 miles west with all the stores and hospital you would need. On site staff are very helpful and go the extra mile and the some. We made reservations for next year.

Smith
For Stoner RV Resort: They don’t know how to run a park. They put small rigs in large lots and big rigs in little sites. They don’t have pull through sites so you better know how to maneuver your rig or let them do it for you. There’s not a dog park as advertised either. The pet area is actually the play ground for the kids, which since this is a stoner park, shouldn’t be here anyway. The hook ups work, but you’ll have to go through the neighbors sites to get to them. Recommend you go up the road to priest gulch or go to Cortez for much better sites.
