For Coconut Cove Resort: Really nice RV park. Cabins here too. Restaurant onsite was very good. Tiki bar near the beach was nice. Live music some weekends. Golf carts to rent. Nice pool area. There are some spots at the higher levels that have a view of both the pond and Mississippi River that are lovely. Stocked pond for fishing. Private golf carts allowed. Very well maintained. Quite a few permanent sites. There is also some great kayak trails and bike trails in this area. My only complaint is that of others - the trains. Tracks run right alongside the campground pretty frequently and they blow their horn right when they pass the campground. Got that rude wake up call in the middle if the night a couple times. I would have rates it 5 stars except for that. It was annoying enough to probably not return. There isn't a whole lot they can do about their location but the rates are too high to put up with that. I think we paid $123 a nt for a water front site Memorial Day (holiday) weekend.

For Coconut Cove Resort: This was a really nice park on the Mississippi River. It has its own cover with plenty activity. The space are nice and wide with Gravel and grass. The town sides are the price at $90 a night is expense snd the train tracks are right behind the premium sites. You have anywhere from 4 to 6 trains a night. Nice park but not worth the price.
