For Mountain Springs Ranch RV Park: This is the second time we stayed here for an overnight and we love the views and going for walks in the pasture. However, this overnight turned into a 6 day stay because our rv broke down. On this trip we didn’t have a car so we were stranded. John gave us ride 50 miles to Alamogordo so we could rent a car. John was a good resource on things to do and see in the area and we got our part delivered to the park so we could install it move on to our next stop.

For Mountain Springs Ranch RV Park: A very nice RV park, with exceptional owners that made us feel welcome and showed us to the perfect spot for our 5th wheel. The reservations were easy to make on line, reasonable rates. The park is off a gravel road but the road is nice and not dusty. The spots are big and level. The scenery from the park is beautiful, it is everything we love about New Mexico. We will definitely stay here again!

For Mountain Springs Ranch RV Park: If you expect a pool and jacuzzi with a 5 star rating, then you will be disappointed. We stayed in this peaceful, scenic park in a big rig with a tow with plenty of room and level dirt and gravel pad. Full hookups, but 30 amp service. We did not need more power because the weather was moderate. You do need to drive from Hwy 54 on a dirt but well graded road to get to the site, but that adds to the country feel. I was pleased at the extensive book exchange which is housed in a nice little clubhouse , since so many parks locked theirs away because of COVID. There is a lovely spring and pond at the top of the hill, 11/9/2021 the leaves on the Aspens and Cottonwoods are orange and lovely. You can see and hear the train below just enough to add atmosphere, and of course the coyotes at night. Will stay again if we are by this way.

For Mountain Springs Ranch RV Park: If you are tired of the typical RV parks where you are parked one on top the other then give this place a try. The park is rustic and the sites are spacious. It was like boondocking with amenities. So quiet at night you could hear a pin drop. We stayed 4 nites in a 25 ft. T.T. but big rigs should have no problem here. You can book online and the owner John will meet you when you arrive. If you just want to get away from it all for a while please give this place a try.

For Mountain Springs Ranch RV Park: If you like great views and nice people this is for you. But the bathroom is simple- one bath. No pool.
