For Genoa RV Park: Nice attendant who warned us of no restaurants or stores nearby and bathroom issues. Otherwise, this is an unshaded, windblown gravel lot with newer electrical feeds. Adjacent playground is not really a playground but an historic assembly of very old steel play structures or monuments. No office or even trailer to check in so need to call or reserve on line. No dog pen and several unplugged vending machines was odd. If simply need a sleepover hook up for the evening you can’t beat the cost but if want grass or place to sit outdoors I wouldn’t recommend.

For Genoa RV Park: I’d give this a 4 for convenience to I 70 but i wouldn’t be so generous as other reviewers. yes sites are full hook up and pull thru but bathroom need some major cleaning. the door on 1 bathroom is so warped it won’t even close. OK for a quick overnight while in transit especially since so few RV parks are around here.

For Genoa RV Park: If you’re looking for a clean, quiet, safe place to park your RV, this is your spot. The pads are level and the owners couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. Full hookups are available, they have a well stocked vending area, an outdoor shower and restrooms.

For Genoa RV Park: The owners are so helpful! We originally booked a boondocking site, but the weather was so cold that we asked to upgrade so we could hook up to power. It was very cold and we had a long difficult drive to get there. The owner gave us a spot with hookup and didn’t charge us for the upgrade. It’s a great place to stop very near the highway yet quiet.

For Genoa RV Park: So let me start off by saying that this is NOT a resort, but it is a good and easy overnight stop. This is a good stop when traveling I-70 in east Colorado. This is not a destination location, no where in east Colorado is a destination location. What this is ---- is a good overnight stop. Level sites, with working water and electricity and dump (FHU sites that are large and pull through. What else do you want or need for the night. Just a note. Genoa is a tiny community on its last legs. There is no gas station or active businesses in town. The town consists of possibly 100-houses, no paved roads to give you an idea. There is an active grain elevator but everything else appears to be related to agriculture. Yes, we would/will stay here again. There are not many other choices. The owner was great, great personality and super helpful.

For Genoa RV Park: We were looking for a place to stop in for the night. It was past hours for your “bigger†named places and found this last minute. Hayden told us to pull in an open spot and he would come out! Very fast and a super nice gentleman. Not far from the interstate but very quiet. Just what we were looking for! Hayden even informed us of a breakfast spot and reminded us of the Super Moon! Beautiful big sky to watch it in!
