For Northside RV Resort: Very nice RV park with long, level cement pads. FHU-50 amp. Patio. Picnic table. Patio covers over some patios. Cable. Wifi. Upscale. Be sure to go East Butcher. Without that, GPS will lead you elsewhere. Only complaint was much-too-high and going over them was jarring. Front gate was closed when we arrived; had to call office to get in. No trees to block satellite TV or StarLink. (They have palm trees, but they were trimmed so no leaves at the time we were there.). Freedway exit was under construction so we had take the next exit and wind back. Near the freeway so there is some mild noise but not much. Really like this place and would love to come here again!

For Northside RV Resort: It is easy to access of 35east about 30 miles south of Dallas. A little pricey maybe although all the lots are cement pads and driveways some have a cover over the picnic table, a small and large dog park, unfortunately they landed terrible grass in these areas that breaks off and sticks to everything. When it rains the areas between the lots are black dirt with some mulch and that runs all over the nice new pads. I would be great if they clean the pads before you rent. So you don’t track the dirt into the coach. Other than that it was convenient. They mention a jogging path around the lake which does not exist it’s dirty dirt and the lake is really the septic recovery. Knowing this we would stay here again as an overnight.

For Northside RV Resort: Easy access, nice gated park, good weekly rate, strong wifi, nicest restrooms /showers I’ve seen in a RV resort. Definitely recommend and will stay here again.

For Northside RV Resort: We reserved 1 night stay here, paid an additional $15 to lock our site number, paid $82.00 altogether. The next day AFTER we had already paid for the reservation, we received an email stating no check ins after 7pm without management approval. So when I called and stated we would not get there until after midnight, they told me we would be locked out of the facility until 7 am the next morning. Then proceeded to tell me they would not refund my money despite that this was NEVER disclosed until AFTER our payment was made. They cited contracts, despite that they never communicated late check ins were unacceptable and not accomodated. The office staff was very unhelpful and refused to pay us back our money despite that we called the very next morning AFTER we found out their RULES.

For Northside RV Resort: Really like this place. Quiet, clean, safe, new. Paved roads and pads, gated, clean individual toilet and showers. Palm tree lined roads. Pond with paved deck and a gas fireplace chimney. Dog parks, kids playground. Really nice! 4 nights of r&r. Enjoyed Waxahachie area also!!
