For Tico Time RV Resort: Had a nice stay April 2024. Off season so don’t know about the summer amenities but park was nice and clean, laundry worked well, had a huge dog park, and the people were friendly.

For Tico Time RV Resort: Tico Time River Resort is great! Nice big sites. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The views at Tico Time are absolutely beautiful. So many fun activities for kids to do. They have waterslides, swimming ponds with sand beaches, paddle boarding, river access, a beautiful beach pavilion, big sand volleyball court, horseshoes and big dog park for our fur baby. This RV resort was close to Durango Colorado and Farmington New Mexico. We even hiked to an arch (Cox Canyon Arch) just 6 miles south of Tico Time. Tico Time also has a zipline which was the best part of Tico Time according to the kiddos (11 and 12).
It is a new park and we cannot wait to come back next year and see what all they have added.
