For Twin Creeks: Nice flat concrete pads. The utilities are set up for busses and are on the wrong side if you back in. It is called a resort and sites cost over $100 per night. There is nothing resort about it. No locked gate. No pool. No real facilities. And a public road to the boat ramp runs right through the park so boaters have access through the park all night long. A pretty place on the water but no way a resort and definitely not worth what they charge for it.

For Twin Creeks: This place is fantastic. Waterfront spaces have full hookups on both side so you don’t need extensions if you back in. We like to hike and you aren’t far from some great hikes. Check out Sewanee.

For Twin Creeks: Park is new and very nice. Grounds are nice and well maintained. Nice trails to walk on (probably 1.5 miles of trails). Nice fire ring at water, but would be nice to have a fire ring at your site as well. Water front sites are 150 yards from water. Nice grass area for kids to play. The pads are all concrete. The sites are spacious and clean. Campground seems to cater to large class A’s with retired couples. There is no playground or pool. The water front sites are laid out specifically for large class A’s or those who want to pull straight in. So if you have a bumper pull or fifth wheel then all your hook ups will be on the wrong side. They did allow for hooking up the sewer on either side but we had to run elec and water across the site which was a pain. You will need to bring extensions for all utility hook ups. Also the side of the pad you will back in on is not level so you will need leveling blocks. I was about 5†off level. Again, site laid out for water to drain away from the class A’s but makes it harder on pull behinds. All this was easy to deal with but only because we bring all this stuff with us anyway. Campground store had a few of your essentials. Bath house was new and very nice. Wifi point b/t site 7&8 and b/t 23&24.

For Twin Creeks: Great place to park +40’ RV. Large concrete/paved pads with full hookup. It’s relatively a new park that is part of a large boat marina. You pull in the pads and have a view of Tims Ford Lake. They have large fire pits on the edge of the water with free firewood. Most recent trip, there was a benefit concert headlined with country music star Sarah Evans. The world famous Jack Daniels distillery is nearby with free tours. We’ve gone 2 weekends this fall and was only $123 for two nights. Excellent value and great location.
