For Outback RV: Very nice rv Park next to Phil’s World. We loved being able to ride to the trails. Clean and well kept. Bill the owner was attentive to our needs.

For Outback RV: We keep coming back. Rural setting with great views, spacious sites, and a great host. I hate writing a good review simply because I’d rather keep Outback RV a secret for hedonistic reasons. Lol

For Outback RV: I love how quiet and light free this RV Park is! The owner is very attentive and the price is right for full hookups. It is centrally located to so many wonderful places to visit! Mesa Verde, Canyonlands of the Ancients, Hovenweep (you must go!) Telluride and many more. Had a blast in this area!
The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it lacks any sort of beauty. No trees, grass, flowers or even juniper or sage brush! Very exposed and on an all gravel parking lot with no privacy from your neighbors. It worked for us because we were out sight seeing all day but not a 5 star stay.

For Outback RV: If I could give this place 10 stars I would. This review is a little late in coming. We were there about 3 weeks ago. FANTASTIC place to stay. A place set with all the hook ups and specifically for self contained RV's and motorhomes it is totally away from the noise, lights and distractions of a busy highway and town.
The RV park was designed and built by Bill the owner about 4 to 5 years ago. You can tell he put his heart into this.
The area is immaculate, each of the 9 to 10 sites are huge with individual covered tables, the electri/water/sewer hook ups are perfect and new and all the sites are level.
You are only 15 minutes from the Mesa Verde gate and about the same to Cortez where all of your shopping can be done
At night when it is clear you can see the milky way.
If we lived in this area we would be here all of the time.
Oh. All for 35 dollars a night....
It it a little out of the way but WELL worth it.

For Outback RV: Outback RV was better than we expected. First of all, if you are a mountain bike rider or if you ride dirt bikes or ATV’s then look no further. Just across the road are miles of trails free for the riding.
Outback RV is extremely clean. It is fully graveled so there is no dust or dirt that will get into your RV. The place is just a few years old , so the utilities are flawless. Strong water pressure, low sewer drains, and the power is solid. It’s not a resort, but it’s the best place to stay while you experience what the area has to offer. There are ramada’s with picnic tables and a horseshoe pit. Bill, the owner is very hospitable and knowledgeable about the region. Did I mention, you can’t beat the price? Oh yeah, Mesa Verde National Park is about 10 minutes down the road.

For Outback RV: We just left Outback RV Park. If there was an RV Park you could take with you, I'd take this one. Small, quiet, really clean, easy access to Canyons of the Ancients and Mesa Verde among other things. Only 4 miles from Cortez. Super nice owner.

For Outback RV: Outback Rv is located 1/4 mile from Phil's World Cash Canyon trail head. The owner is very attentive and takes great care of the campground. It is very clean with shade Ramadas, horseshoes and a group Ramada. We had tons of fun with our friends MTB, sharing meals and playing horseshoes.
